The main characteristic of Hoshizaki’s Flake ice
is that ‘freeze- burn’ is prevented when displaying
fresh fish or produce.

MM Key ingredient in cocktails.
Hoshizaki’s Nugget ice is compressed by the extruding
head, producing harder, dry ice.
